This pneumatic tensioner is intended for strapping heavy round or irregularly shaped objects. It is suitable for places, where it is not possible to use balancer for hanging the strapping tool. It can be used only together with a suitable sealer. Steel strap of the width of 32 mm (according to modification) and seal type F are used for strapping. It is indended for medium or high frequency jobs.
Operation: The operator passes the strap through the buckle, then around the packaged item and again through the buckle. The end of the strap from the decoiler is inserted into the tensioner , by pressing of the button the motor tightens the strap and then uses other tools (manual or pneumatic closing sealers) the buckle is once or twice notched. Reciprocating motion with the tensioner is the excess strap broken off.
